Rüdiger Fiedler is a Senior Consultant and performs searches from operational up to managerial level. He is responsible for the successful search and selection of candidates as well as managing the whole recruiting process. He holds a university degree in social sciences and has over 15 years executive search experience. He started his career with an international executive search company and in 2006 joined Thomas Lieb’s team, as a consultant for executive search in Healthcare. Rüdiger played an important part in the growth and prosperity of the business and in its establishment as a partner of choice for healthcare companies.
